Local news reported on Wednesday that US tech giant, Google has sent gifts to a boy named ‘Google’ by his parents in Indonesia.

Though born in November, Google’s birth certificate went viral after his mother posted it on social media.

Ella Karina was quoted by Tribunnews online newspaper saying, “They sent several items as a token of appreciation, including jumper.”

Google’s mother said she was initially opposed to her husband naming their second child Google, but now has no regrets.



Ella said that Google congratulated them while expressing hope that baby Google would help people in the future.

Some online commenters had said that Google would find it hard to search his name on Google.
