Pastor Obafemi Banigbe, COZA board member resigns

A board member of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Pastor Obafemi Banigbe has tendered his resignation letter.

This is following the rape accusations by Busola Dakolo, wife of Nigerian inspirational singer, Timi Dakolo against the senior pastor and founder of COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo.

Pastor Fatoyinbo had earlier stepped down as the senior pastor of COZA.

In a letter addressed to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo dated 19th July 2019, Pastor Banigbe communicated that he was stepping down ‘with immediate effect and for personal reasons’.
