Bukola Dakolo had earlier in the year, accused Biodun Fatoyinbo of raping her twice when she was a teenager and a member of his church.

Fatoyinbo, however, denied the allegation and subsequent ones. Mrs. Dakolo later went to court, filing a suit against Fatoyinbo.

Justice Oathman A. Musa, while delivering his judgement on the case, said that the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process.

He further declared that the case was empty, purely sentimental and aimed at cruelty than obtaining justice.

A fine of N1 million was awarded against Busola and held that he would have fined her more than ten times because the court’s time was wasted.
